Stellenbeschreibung:

Implementation / Impact Specialist (Digital Health / ehealth) Luscii - an OMRON Healthcare service

At Luscii, we are building the future of digital healthcare. Our intelligent remote patient monitoring and digital care pathways help hospitals and clinics deliver safer, more efficient and more patient‑centred care. By connecting clinicians, patients and data, we enable measurable improvements in outcomes and workload every day.

“Lead the implementation and impact of remote care programs that transform everyday care in the German healthcare system”

As our new colleague in Germany, you are going to play a pivotal role in proving how Luscii can create space for care and make impact in the German healthcare system. You support leading healthcare organisations in implementing our programs successfully, help them scale their digital care and ensure that clinical value is realised in practice. Your work influences how quickly and sustainably digital care can expand in Germany.

You will join an international and self‑organising company where ownership, clarity and collaboration matter. You like to get things done, you enjoy working with people at all levels and you have a hands‑on mindset and mentality. • Manage and execute the implementation journey for Luscii programs across Germany.
  • Communicate and coordinate processes with hospitals, insurers, pharmaceutical partners and other stakeholders.
  • Serve as main point of contact for German clinicians, operational and IT teams.
  • Ensure implementations run on time, within budget and according to best practices.
  • Identify, anticipate and escalates risks and propose practical solutions.
  • Support customers in scaling patient numbers, expanding departments and measuring outcomes.
  • Maintain senior relationships and stimulate outcome‑driven improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for program expansion and conditions for renewal, based on the use of relevant data or KPI’s to demonstrate impact.
  • Keep progress transparent through structured communication, both internally and with customers.
