What can you expect?

• You lead customer implementations from kickoff to go-live and define scope, milestones, and acceptance criteria
• You drive progress tracking, stakeholder alignment, and transparent communication
• You deliver onboarding sessions and customer enablement workshops to ensure customers understand key features and realize value early
• You maintain implementation playbooks, checklists, and quality standards (DoR/DoD)
• You document learnings and improvement opportunities post-go-live and ensure a clean transition to Customer Success at go-live
• You confirm customer acceptance, trigger billing events, and provide structured feedback to Product and Engineering to improve our platform and delivery process

What should you bring along?

• You have experience in managing projects end-to-end, coordinating between teams, and bringing structure to complex setups, ideally with exposure to SaaS, startups, or B2B tech
• You possess fluent German and English skills (C1)
• You have strong organizational and communication skills
• You are experienced in managing multiple concurrent projects with customers
• You are comfortable collaborating cross-functionally (Sales, CS, Product, Engineering)
• You have an analytical mindset and use metrics to drive continuous improvement, with empathy and customer-first thinking
