Implementation Specialist

Full-time · Remote-first (CET ±2h / EU) · Customer Success Help new customers automate how they handle spend and reporting. HiCareer is supporting a remote-first SaaS company (60+ employees across Europe) that provides a financial automation platform used by mid-sized and enterprise clients. They’re hiring a tech-savvy implementation specialist to onboard new customers, set up integrations, and make sure each client gets full value from the product from day one. You’ll work at the intersection of product, customer success, and finance — helping companies automate expense management, reporting, and data flows across their tech stack. What you’ll doLead onboarding projects for new customers — from initial setup to go-liveConfigure integrations with the clients ERP systems (i.e NetSuite, Xero, Fortnox) and HR tools (i.e BambooHR, Personio)Set up workflows for approval chains, expense categories, and analytics dashboardsCollaborate with customer success, finance, and product teams to solve configuration challengesDocument best practices and create reusable templates for future implementationsTrack timelines and milestones in Asana and document processes in Notion You’ll use tools such as HubSpot, Postman, and Google Sheets, plus the company’s own platform to test and verify configurations. What we’re looking for2–4 years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or technical customer successStrong problem-solving and communication skillsExperience working with financial or SaaS integrations (ERP, accounting, HR, or spend tools)Confident using APIs, CSVs, or webhooks — you know your way around data mappingsOrganised and detail-oriented with a customer-first mindsetFluent in English Background in fintech, SaaS, or finance operations is highly valued.
