Import Export Manager

BilKompis is one of the fastest-growing car wholesale companies in Finland, and we are now expanding to Germany.

We purchase vehicles across European markets and sell them to multiple countries throughout Europe.

And 2026 has started with the same strong momentum.

We are now looking for 2–3 Import / Export Managers to help build our German team.

Your role

As an Import / Export Manager, your main responsibility will be sourcing and purchasing vehicles from European markets and selling them to international customers across Europe. You will play a key role in expanding our European operations.

What we are looking for

• ✔ Experience in purchasing and selling cars
• ✔ Experience with international vehicle trade
• ✔ Strong negotiation and pricing skills
• ✔ Ability to work independently and proactively
• ✔ A network in the European automotive market
• ✔ German and English language skills (additional languages are an advantage)

What we offer

• Base salary + commission + bonuses
• Average earnings around €5800/month
