Your daily business

• Regular control of the technical equipment in the guest rooms for functionality and perfect condition
• Daily house tours to check the condition of the building and its outdoor facilities
• Inspection of building technical equipment, such as heating, air conditioning, elevators, electronics
• Recording and processing of defects in the building, equipment and technical installations
• Contact and supervision of contractors and service providers
• Carrying out repairs and painting work

Our Expectation

• First experience in technical building equipment is an advantage, but not a must
• Professional experience as a building technician, janitor or a comparable position preferably in the hotel industry
• Good technical understanding and manual skills
• Independent, structured and accurate way of working
• Secure knowledge of German, both written and spoken
