What you can expect.

Your Responsibilities.

• Disposition and control of incoming goods taking delivery dates, capacities, and inventory levels into account
• Coordination and monitoring of delivery dates
• Interface communication between internal departments and with external freight forwarders
• Creation and maintenance of bookings/invoices in the inventory management system
• Preliminary customs processing
• Portal management
• Participation in the optimization of processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency in inbound goods and delivery logistics

Your Qualifications.

• Successfully completed vocational training in logistics, freight forwarding, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in dispatching and logistics, ideally in an e-commerce or retail company
• Solid knowledge of warehouse and transport logistics
• Experience with inventory management systems and warehouse management systems
• organizational and communication skills
• High resilience and flexibility, as well as team spirit and initiative
• Good language skills in German and English, as well as solid knowledge of one of the following languages: Polish, Ukrainian, Russian, Bosnian, Croatian, or Serbian
