We are seeking a Channel Development Manager to strengthen our local channel development capabilities and product penetration.

About the Role:

This role will be responsible for building a stable distributor network, driving sales growth, and laying a solid foundation for our business expansion in the region.

• The successful candidate will identify and evaluate potential automation distributors across Poland, Romania, Hungary, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Serbia, Greece,
  Turkey.
  
• Candidates will provide comprehensive channel enablement support including conducting product introduction sessions
  & technical training for distributor engineers supporting partners in early-stage customer projects proof-of-concept testing demo applications guiding them to establish sustainable technical support capabilities .
• The chosen individual must drive business development & market expansion by jointly formulating sales plans target lists with distributors to accelerate product adoption supporting local marketing activities such as trade shows customer workshops on-site seminars building strong relationships with local key decision-makers tech influencers .
• Able partner performance management includes regular business reviews following up on sales pipelines ensuring KPIs met assisting partners handling large-scale opportunities pricing decisions enhancing competitive positioning market.
