Industrial Designer (w/m/d), Stuttgart

As an Industrial Designer, you will contribute to the creation of innovative products that are both meaningful and visually lovable. With over two years of experience, you bring a solid foundation in design principles and project execution. Tasks

• Design and contribute to interdisciplinary client projects alongside a collaborative team
• Conduct desktop and qualitative research to uncover valuable insights
• Develop engaging design stories and support in creating design/ brand strategy frameworks
• Participate in and contribute to exploration workshops with colleagues and clients
• Generate innovative ideas and transform them into valuab l e concep ts .
• Join design critiques to refine your craft and enhance your critical thinking
• Create products and experiences using tools such as Adobe CC, Rhino, SolidWorks, KeyShot , and Cinema 4D
• Build visually compelling presentations to support your design narratives

Your profile

• 2 + years of i ndustry work experience as an industrial designer in an international setting. E xperience with Chinese market/clients would be a plus
• A collaborative mindset , strong ambition , and emotional intelligence
• C ritical thinking skills , creativity , and the ability to articulate ideas clearly
• Ability to contribute effectively to interdisciplinary projects with guidance and support
• Attention to detail and growing proficiency in tools like hand- sketching , Adobe CC, Rhino, SolidWorks, KeyShot , and Cinema 4D. Familiarity with PowerPoint is expected
• Interest in exploring adjacent disciplines , such as CMF, research , brand strategy , or UX/UI
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. German language skills are a plus
