We’re seeking skilled Industrial Engineers to support cutting-edge AI initiatives aimed at improving infrastructure, processes, and research systems for next-generation machine learning applications.This role is ideal for professionals who want to apply real-world industrial engineering knowledge to innovative AI development — all while working independently and remotely. Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and deliver structured content based on industrial engineering principles and best practices.Review and refine deliverables developed by peers to enhance the quality and depth of AI research.Apply analytical reasoning to evaluate and validate domain-specific outputs.Collaborate asynchronously to ensure consistency and accuracy in AI training data and methodologies. Qualifications & RequirementsMinimum 4 years of professional experience in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Systems, or a related field.Strong understanding of process optimization, production systems, and industrial operations.Excellent written communication with strong grammar and analytical reasoning skills.Ability to manage tasks independently in a fully remote and asynchronous work environment. Work Environment & ScheduleFully remote, flexible working hours.Approximately 30 hours per week, with the possibility to scale up to 40 hours.Short-term engagement (3–4 weeks), with immediate start.
