We are looking for an Industry Innovation Architect to join our Advanced Services team. In this role, you will help customers realize value by applying innovation, process improvements, and new technologies such as AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI. You will act as a trusted advisor, shaping industry use cases and driving transformation together with our customers. Position Summary

The Industry Innovation Architect plays a key role in helping our customers unlock business value through innovation. This role requires a holistic understanding of business processes, enterprise systems, and emerging technologies. The Industry Innovation Architect identifies opportunities for process improvement, automation, and the adoption of advanced technologies such as AI, ML, and GenAI, ensuring alignment with customer strategies and measurable business outcomes. The role also involves capturing input from customers and industries, contributing to the identification and development of industry-specific use cases.

Key Responsibilities

General Responsibilities:
Acts as an expert and evangelist for innovation and advanced technology adoption (Infor Velocity Suite AI, ML, GenAI).
Maintains up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies, industry trends, and Infor’s innovation roadmap.
Understands customer business drivers and translates them into innovative process improvement opportunities.
Facilitates workshops with customer stakeholders to identify value opportunities and define innovation strategies.
Collects input from customers and industries to contribute to the creation and refinement of industry use cases.
Supports sales processes by articulating the value of innovative solutions to C-level and business audiences.
Contributes to running value engagements, solution scoping, and business case development.
Builds and maintains strong customer relationships as a trusted advisor for innovation and transformation.
Delivery Responsibilities:
Supports implementation projects by aligning innovation initiatives with customer objectives.
Collaborates with local and offshore delivery teams to ensure solutions deliver business value.
Ensures that proposed innovations are practical, feasible, and integrated into the customer’s business environment.

Key Requirements / Experience

Relevant experience in enterprise systems, business processes, automation, and AI/ML solutions.
Proven ability to facilitate workshops, identify business pain points, and design process improvements.
Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology innovation to measurable business value.
Consulting and customer-facing experience with strong presentation and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and conceptual thinking skills.
Ability to work independently, across teams, and in collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
Fluent in English and German (additional languages are an advantage).
