About the role

We are seeking a passionate individual to support our influencer marketing initiatives in France. This role involves building relationships with influencers, supporting campaign planning and execution, creating engaging content, analyzing campaign performance, and staying ahead of marketing trends.

Responsibilities

1. Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers.
2. Support strategic planning and smooth execution of influencer campaigns.
3. Create engaging content and visually appealing concepts for advertising campaigns.
4. Analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and optimize ROAS.
5. Research trends and adopt best practices in influencer marketing.
6. Select influencers based on authenticity, audience alignment, and engagement metrics.
7. Continuously refine influencer strategies to adapt to market trends.

Candidate Profile

• Currently a student or graduate in marketing, communication, media studies, or related fields.
• Excellent communication skills in French and good command of English.
• Experience in influencer marketing or social media management is a plus but enthusiasm is essential.
• Passionate about social media and marketing with a creative and innovative mindset.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Preferably based in or willing to move to Berlin.
• Team player with a desire to learn, grow, and take on new challenges.
