Performance Influencer Marketing Manager
to build and scale a brand-new influencer channel. You’ll work closely with growth, paid social, and performance teams to turn creators into a measurable, ROI-positive acquisition engine — not just a brand awareness play.

What you’ll do: Select, brief, and manage influencers based on performance KPIs Execute the influencer strategy defined by the Lead Growth Marketing Own outreach, negotiations, go-lives, and creator communication Track campaign metrics (CAC, ROAS, conversions) and optimise accordingly Report weekly results and use data to refine partnerships Test new creator types, platforms, formats, and performance angles Collaborate closely with Growth, Paid Social, and Performance teams
What you bring: 1–3+ years experience in influencer, creator, or performance/growth marketing Strong analytical mindset — confident interpreting numbers and KPIs Structured, organised, and reliable in daily operations Experience with influencer workflows: selection, briefing, tracking Performance-first approach (not just brand collabs) Fluent German
