As an Infor LN Supply Chain Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Infor LN modules related to supply chain management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including logistics, procurement, production, and finance, to optimise processes and ensure that business requirements are translated into efficient system solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and configure Infor LN Supply Chain modules (e.g., Inventory, Procurement, Production Planning, Logistics)
Support end-to-end supply chain processes and ensure data integrity across systems
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide solutions, and optimise workflows
Develop and maintain reports, KPIs, and dashboards for supply chain performance
Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Infor LN, including integration with other ERP modules
Provide training and support to end users on supply chain functionalities
Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and testing activities
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, ERP best practices, and regulatory requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
Strong experience with Infor LN (or comparable ERP systems) in supply chain or manufacturing contexts
Solid understanding of supply chain processes: procurement, production planning, inventory management, and logistics
Experience with ERP configuration, data migration, and process optimisation
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills in English ; German proficiency is highly desirable
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional, international environment
