Information Security Risk and Awareness Specialist (m / f / d)

Overview

As an Information Security Risk and Awareness Specialist in the EU Security Management Team, you'll plan and manage Precaution Security Activities – conduct online and offline training for Hyundai Motor Europe / National Sales Companies (NSCs); assess security levels in NSCs and identify areas for improvement and follow up and ensure implementation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform regular precautionary security campaigns to avoid risks in advance
• Manage to provide security awareness training programs internally
• Oversee European subsidiaries to follow the strategic guidelines and manage their status
• Manage the security risk level for each of the subsidiaries by defining security level indicators from qualitative and quantitative perspectives
• Establish IT security budget plans and managing them regularly to enhance corporate IT security
• Contribute and gather information for effective response in cyber security incidents
• Manage the implementation progress of risks that need to be improved after the audit of the markets

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in IT management or business administration.
• At least 5 years of experience with Information Security
• Detailed management based on data
• Possess effective and clear communication skill for the target stakeholders
• Equip with basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices. Familiarity with common security tools and technologies
• Ability to assess and manage security risks
• Competence in managing and coordinating security projects
• Skills in communicating security information to various stakeholders
• Ability to analyze security data and metrics
• Flexibility to adapt to changing security needs
• Attention to detail in all security-related tasks
