Information Technology Project Manager

We're Hiring: ERP Implementation Project Manager in Frankfurt, Germany

About the Role

• We are looking for a hands‑on, driven ERP Implementation Project Manager to lead a full end‑to‑end ERP rollout at our Frankfurt operations.
• You will be the engine of this project, driving progress, holding vendors accountable, and ensuring delivery across all workstreams.

This is not a role for someone who watches from a distance. We need someone who rolls up their sleeves, navigates complexity, and is not afraid to raise issues when things aren't moving forward.

What You'll Do

• Lead the full ERP implementation from planning to go‑live, owning the entire project lifecycle
• Manage the migration from our existing ERP/PRC system to the new platform
• Map existing data structures (SQL/database) to the new ERP, including data cleansing, validation, and verification in Excel
• Work hands‑on with Excel data conversion and import preparation — including cleanup when needed
• Build and maintain detailed project plans using MS Project
• Drive and coordinate workstreams across Service, Production, Internal Resources, Sales, and Quality
• Manage vendor relationships and hold partners accountable to project milestones
• Collaborate closely with Super Users and available subject matter experts
• Deliver clear, honest reporting to the steering group via PowerPoint dashboards
• Lead change management efforts across the organization

What We're Looking For

• Fluent in German (required), English and/or Swedish a strong plus
• PMI certification or equivalent project management credentials
• Proven track record leading ERP implementations end-to-end
• Experience managing data migrations, SQL database to Excel to ERP import
• Strong in MS Project, Excel (advanced), and PowerPoint for steering committee reporting
• Background in or exposure to MedTech / regulated industries, understanding of ISO 13485 compliance constraints (deep expertise not required, but understanding for the process is beneficial)
• Process-oriented with change management experience
• Someone with confidence to elevate when progress stalls
• Willing to be based near Frankfurt full-time for the project duration
