The Role

Security here isn’t about checklists — it’s about engineering. You’ll design and build the systems that keep our data and people safe, and automate everything you can because manual processes don’t scale.

You’ll own our Information Security Management System (ISMS) , keep it useful and pragmatic, and work closely with our Data Protection Officer to ensure GDPR compliance. You’ll also help our engineering teams design secure architectures and build security awareness into everything they do.

This role is ideal for a hands‑on software engineer who loves clean systems, automation, and precision — someone who wants to shape how a company thinks about security from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

Design and automate secure infrastructure and workflows.
Maintain and improve the ISMS .
Build tools that make security effortless for engineers.
Partner with the DPO on GDPR and compliance topics.
Coach teams on secure design and development practices.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science , Software Engineering , Information Security , IT , or a related field.
Strong engineering background — you write code to solve problems.
Solid experience with UNIX , networking , Docker , and Kubernetes .
Programming experience in Go (or the drive to learn it quickly).
A love for simplicity, reliability, and doing things right.

Bonus: Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) , Terraform , observability , CI/CD , or prior security/compliance work.
