Role Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network‑related issues, ensuring seamless day‑to‑day IT operations. The engineer will work closely with internal teams and vendors to maintain IT systems and support end users both remotely and on‑site.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and network connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, business applications, and security tools.
• Maintain accurate documentation of issues, solutions, and user interactions in the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with the infrastructure and application teams to elevate and resolve complex incidents.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in IT support or service desk roles in mid‑to‑large scale environments.
• Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft 365, basic networking, and ITIL‑based support practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on user satisfaction.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
