Infra Resilience Architect

Engagement : 6 Months contract with possible extension

Language : English and German Mandatory

Responsibilities

• Gather customer requirements.
• Conduct design workshops with customers.
• Design and deploy zone redundant Virtual Network Gateway.
• Design and deploy resilient ExpressRoute solution.
• Design and deploy resilient VPN solution.
• Design and deploy resilient Application Gateway solution with WAF.
• Design and deploy resilient Azure Firewall solution and structured firewall policies.
• Troubleshoot WAF, Azure Firewall policies and Azure on-premises connectivity during migration and post-migration phases.
• Design and deploy zonal redundant and regional redundant resilient Azure Storage Account solutions.
• Deploy Private Endpoint for Storage Accounts.
• Backup of on-premises servers, SQL servers & Azure using MABS or MARS.
• Backup of VMware & Hyper-V VMs using MABS.
• Deployment and configuration of Recovery Services Vault and backup policies (frequency, retention).

Service Health

• Gather customer requirements and configure Service Health Alert and actions.

General

• Conform to client compliances and expectations.
• This role may entail shift & after-hours support on an on-call basis.
• Good working experience with all HA and DR solutions.

Mandatory Technical Skills

In-depth knowledge and experience in:

• Storage Account
• Service Health Alerts

Good to have

• Azure Hub and spoke architecture
• Azure Front Door

Soft Skills

• Good customer connects. Prepare solution presentations.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills to manage customer calls.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and clear communication.
