About Our Client

Our client, a prominent financial services firm in Munich, is looking to add a junior investment professional to their infrastructure team. The market‑leading infrastructure team focuses on direct investments globally and seeks an ambitious new Associate to join the experienced team working on all aspects of the deal cycle.

What the job involves

• Involvement in all aspects of deal origination and execution of complex transactions
• Analysis of potential target companies and business models
• Creation of integrated financial models
• Managing due diligence activities

Who we are looking for

• First full‑time experience in investment banking, M&A, consulting or private equity, ideally with exposure to infrastructure transactions
• Exceptionally strong academic background
• Excellent financial modelling skills and outstanding analytical skills as well as sector understanding
• Ability to communicate effectively with management teams and stakeholders
• Fluent in English and ideally German
