Infrastructure Manager

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Manager to lead global IT operations, infrastructure, and information security across multiple international locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the global End-User IT Support team .
• Manage and develop IT infrastructure (servers, storage, LAN/WAN, cloud) across 30+ sites.
• Select and coordinate a Global Security Operations Center (SOC) provider.
• Establish IT Business Relationship Management processes .
• Oversee operation and development of a Smart Machine IoT platform .
• Ensure effective Information Security Management (ISMS) .
• Manage IT budgets, vendors, and operational costs .

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar .
• Strong experience in IT infrastructure, client support, and IT security .
• Proven team leadership experience .
• Expertise in networking, firewalls, cloud architectures, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Windows 11 endpoint management .
• Knowledge of ITIL, IT Service Management, and IT Security Management .
