• Pressure Equipment & Plant Engineering: Inspection, testing, and certification services focusing on pressure equipment such as pressure vessels, boilers, tanks, and piping systems.
• Elevators & Conveyor Technology: Inspection, testing, and certification services for elevators, conveyor belts, escalators, cranes, and machinery.
• Electrical & Building Technology: Evaluation, inspection, testing, and certification services for electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems.
• Industrial Inspection & Material Testing: Comprehensive inspection and testing services for industrial facilities and their materials.
• Infrastructure & Project Management: Project and construction supervision as well as integrated services for infrastructure projects.
• Energy & Environment: Technical support, certification, and testing for renewable energy and sustainable solutions.
• Cybersecurity & Functional Safety: Testing and certification services for industrial automation, IT, and OT security solutions.

Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten

• In einem Team von erfahrenen Sachverständigen führen Sie analytische und numerische Prüf- und Vergleichsberechnungen, auf der Basis geltender Regelwerke von Druckbehältern, Rohrleitungen, Armaturen, Tanks, Fahrzeug-Aufbauten, Hebebühnen, Lastaufnahmemitteln, Krane, Aufzugskomponenten, diverser Metall- und Kunststoffkonstruktionen durch.
• Sie prüfen Konstruktionsbauteile unter Drucklasten, Schweredruck, Eigenlasten, äußere Einwirkungen (Trägheitslasten, Wind, Schnee, Erdbeben).
• Sie erstellen Prüfberichte und Gutachten.
• Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört die eigenverantwortliche Betreuung von Kunden.
• Gelegentliche Außentätigkeiten für Inspektionen bei Kunden (Druckprüfungen, Bauprüfungen, Zustandsüberwachungen) runden Ihr Aufgabengebiet ab.
  

Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes ingenieurtechnisches Studium in der Fachrichtung Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik oder vergleichbare Studienrichtung mit mind. 3 Jahren Industrieerfahrung
• Kenntnisse im Aufbau technischer Regelwerke, Richtlinien und Verordnungen
• Grundkenntnisse in FEM (ANSYS) bzw. Rohrstatik-Software (ROHR2) wären von Vorteil
• Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen persönlichen und fachlichen Weiterentwicklung sowie zur Weiterbildung
• Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein verbunden mit Eigeninitiative, Überzeugungsvermögen und Selbstständige, ziel- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit
• Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• PKW-Führerschein, Klasse B, Reisebereitschaft und Bereitschaft zum Außendienst
