We are an information technology-focused team in the area of HR digitalization and are looking for an SAP HCM consultant with experience in the areas of payroll and time management. Your Tasks
- Support and further development of the SAP HCM system with a special focus on the payroll and time management modules, with main responsibility for implementations and optimizations.
- Technical conception and further development of data and process configurations to increase the efficiency and accuracy of HR processes and to meet all legal and internal requirements.
- Analysis and documentation of human resources requirements for the digitalization of HR processes, working closely with various stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions.
- Troubleshooting and problem solving as well as planning, implementation and support of system tests up to technical acceptance by key users.
- Competent contact person and coach for the HR area, supporting and training the HR team in the use of SAP HCM and acting as an expert for questions.
Necessary Skills
- Successfully completed studies or vocational training in business informatics, business administration, or a related field.
- Several years of experience supporting and implementing SAP HCM systems, especially in payroll and time management.
- In-depth knowledge of HR processes and relevant legal requirements.
- Analytical skills and experience in requirements and stakeholder management.
- Confident communication in German and English (min. C1 level).
Desired Skills
- Experience in project work and with project methods such as SCRUM or Kanban.
- Entrepreneurial thinking and innovative strength.
- Proactivity and ability to handle conflict.
- Strong communication skills and customer orientation.
