We are an information technology-focused team in the area of HR digitalization and are looking for an SAP HCM consultant with experience in the areas of payroll and time management. Our goal is to continuously optimize and digitalize our HR IT landscape to offer our employees and internal customers the best possible solutions.

Your Tasks:

Support and further development of our SAP HCM system with a special focus on the payroll and time management modules. Together with colleagues from IT, you will have the main responsibility for implementations and optimizations around these modules.
Technical conception and further development of data and process configurations to increase efficiency and accuracy of our HR processes and meet all legal and internal requirements.
Analysis and documentation of human resources requirements for digitalization of HR processes. Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate into technical solutions.
Troubleshooting and problem solving as well as planning, implementation and support of system tests up to technical acceptance by key users. Ensure smooth system operation and quality.
Competent contact person and coach for the HR area. Support and train the HR team in the use of SAP HCM systems and answer questions.

Necessary Skills:

Successfully completed studies or vocational training in business informatics, business administration or related field.
Several years of experience supporting and implementing SAP HCM systems, especially in payroll and time management.
In-depth knowledge of HR processes and legal requirements for compliant solutions.
Analytical skills; experience in requirements and stakeholder management to drive effective solutions.
Fluent in German and English (min. C1 level) to interact with international colleagues.

Desired Skills:

Experience in project work and with methods such as SCRUM or Kanban to plan and implement projects efficiently.
Entrepreneurial and innovative thinking to identify new solutions and improvements.
Proactive and conflict management to address challenges independently.
Strong communication skills and customer orientation for excellent collaboration.
