Inhouse Consultant (x|f|m) Customer Engagement - Hybrid

We are looking for an Inhouse Consultant (x|f|m) Customer Engagement for the BPM Customer engagement department at Sartorius Corporate Administration GmbH. Shape the future of Customer Engagement at Sartorius – with strategic vision and operational excellence. In this role, you will develop innovative solutions along the Lead-to-Order process and apply your expertise in project and process management in a targeted manner. This position is available for full‑time. It is a hybrid role requiring some days on site at our headquarters in Göttingen with the opportunity to work some days remotely.

Your Responsibilities

• End-to-end analysis and design of the Lead-to-Order target process (lead scoring/routing, opportunity management, CPQ/quotation, hand‑over to order management), including clear roles, governance, and interfaces
• Identification of optimization potential and development of concrete recommendations for action with measurable impact on KPIs
• Conception, planning, and implementation of Customer Engagement initiatives and projects – including project structuring, scheduling, and resource management
• Consulting internal stakeholders on best practices in Customer Engagement and Lead-to-Order
• Conducting workshops and trainings to promote process understanding and establish new standards (BPMN)
• Close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, IT, and other departments to design holistic processes
• Preparation of reports and presentations for success measurement, steering, and project communication
• Market observation and identification of new trends and technologies in the area of Customer Engagement and process management

What Will Convince Us

• Completed studies in business, marketing, communications, or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in Customer Engagement, ideally with a focus on Lead-to-Order and consulting
• Solid methodological expertise in process management (e.g., BPMN 2.0) and project management (Agile/Scrum or classic)
• Experience in process management and managing complex projects
• Analytical thinking, structured working style, and strong communication skills
• Initiative, team spirit, and enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration
• Excellent German and English skills; strong communication and stakeholder management skills in a global matrix environment
