#WeAreIn for jobs that impact everyone's life. As an Inside Sales Account Manager – Industrial & Infrastructure on our Corporate Functions team, you will be a key contributor to developing strategies, refining processes, and implementing initiatives that empower our business to thrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of business development for your assigned customer base.
• Promote Infineon solutions and create design‑ins with your customers.
• Develop mid/long‑term customer strategies.
• Pro‑actively deploy Infineon's digital sales strategy and use digital methods to build trusting relationships with customers and cover their needs.
• Lead yearly price negotiations together with our pricing specialists.
• Ensure accurate planning based on customer demand.
• Collaborate closely with internal interfaces/experts to solve customers' problems.

Your Profile

• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
• At least 3 years of practical experience in technical sales, account management, digital sales or inside sales.
• A passion for digitalization, collaboration, sales and networking.
• Experience with GenAI is a must.
• Experience with digital tools (e.g., CRM), social media and web analytics is a plus.
