Main Responsibilities

  • Unlock new sales opportunities through inbound lead tracking and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Forward qualified opportunities to the responsible sales staff, coordinate information flow until project completion
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
  • Research customers, identify key people and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database with potential customers in your assigned area
  • Work with distribution partners to build pipelines and close deals
  • Provide effective advice on the product portfolio
  • Cooperate with regional sales teams and potentially the key account
  • Support and distribute additional sales impulses with existing customers

Requirements

  • Proven experience in internal sales and/or outbound calling, preferably in the IT environment
  • Track record of exceeding quota, if possible
  • Strong phone presence and experience making dozens of calls per day
  • Familiarity with corporate productivity tools
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Fluency in German & English
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to take on multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize and manage time effectively
