Job Title: Inside Sales Manager - DACH Team Lead

Salary: €80,000 - €100,000 base salary (DOE) + bonus

Location: Munich (on-site) - hybrid working (2 days from home) after probation completed

Irving Knight are partnered with a leading electrical manufacturer looking to add an experience Sales Lead to manage a team of 7 ISRs in Munich, Germany.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, train, and develop a team of 7 ISRs to ensure excellent customer service and drive high sales performance
• Develop inside sales strategies across their entire customer base to increase sales excellence
• Responsible for entire process from quotation to order
• Be the first point of contact for internal and external escalations
• Coordinate credit, financial, and commercial issues concerning customers in partnership with internal stakeholders
• Conduct training of employees in product knowledge, systems, and organizational skills
• Promote solution orientated selling in line with corporate strategy

Qualifications

• Must have several years sales experience leading and directly managing high performing teams
• Background within electrical manufacturing, electrical distribution, semiconductor, or EMS industries
• Must be fluent in German and English - written and spoken
