We are looking for a Planning & Account Management Manager with experience in Inside Sales implementation and deployment to join our Sales Management and Customer Service team. In this role you will be an expert in global Customer Management (CM) process(es), being responsible for digital sales process compliance, performance and improvement across the organization. Lead definition of requirements related to process, people competences & tools. Support the organization in people, process and tools assessments as well as competence development within CM area.
The preferred location for this role is Hochheim, Germany but you can also be based in any of the following locations:
