In our inside sales department, you are the central link between our high-quality products and the needs of our international customers in medical technology and biopharma. With your commitment, you ensure that critical components are delivered reliably, thereby making a direct contribution to the further development of global healthcare solutions.

Your Responsibilities

  • You are the first point of contact for our international business partners and work with them to find the right solutions.
  • From inquiries to preparing offers to after-sales support: you manage the entire sales process efficiently and with a service-oriented approach.
  • Together with the field sales team, you maintain long-term customer relationships and strengthen our international network.
  • With the help of our CRM system Pipedrive and ERP system Mercator, you organize customer information and ensure structured and transparent process management.

Your Profile

  • You want your work to make a real impact on the quality of healthcare.
  • You have successfully completed commercial training; initial experience in international sales or customer support is a plus.
  • Communication is your strength – you are persuasive, you listen, and you build trust.
  • You have excellent written and spoken skills in both English and German.
