Inside Sales Representative – Renewal Specialist at Fortinet located in office Frankfurt .

Responsibilities

• Planning, executing, tracking and analyzing our renewal business
• Establishing a framework and process to track, manage and maximize renewal contracts
• Cooperating with the sales team and assisting in selling renewals and promoting up‑sell opportunities
• Contacting and following up with customers and partners to ensure a timely renewal process – always aligned with the Account Manager
• Periodically reporting on the progress of current contract renewals
• Preparing renewal quotes for current contracts
• Managing customer requests
• Preparing forecasts of contract renewal bookings
• Demonstrating key functionality to promote up‑sells at existing accounts

Required Skills

• Experience supporting a Sales Team ideally within the IT Industry – security and/or networking sector
• Goal oriented and self‑confident with the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Excellent customer service and communication skills (in German / English)
• High proficiency with MS Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Confidence and excellent negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze numbers effectively
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Proactive and energetic
• Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time
• Solid Salesforce experience
