Installation Site Manager

Job Description: Ducting Installation Supervisor/Site Manager

Reports directly to: Contracts Manager

Location: Site – to be confirmed

Duration: 12-18+ Months

Key role objectives

The Ducting Installation Supervisor will be responsible for delivering all aspects of a project under his or her control from planning through implementation through to final account stage. Manage site teams and liaising with all site personnel including Main Contractors, Subcontractors, Consultants and Clients.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise all duct installation works on site
• Lead and manage Duct Installation team, setting a strong example
• Management of QEHS on-site
• Managing relationships with Contractors, Subcontractors, Consultants and Clients
• Problem solving and decision making in collaboration with Contracts Manager on site matters
• Planning of resources, labour, materials and subcontractors
• Management of materials and supplies on site in safe and secure manner
• Delivering project on program and within budget
• Liaising with design team
• Monitoring progress on site
• Maintaining site documentation in orderly and accurate manner
• Managing all Claims including all variations
• Holding regular meetings with Contracts Manager to discuss and monitor progress of project
• Reviewing all minutes of project meetings and addressing all issues arising
• Comply with QEHS Management System requirements
• Understand and apply all QEHS policies in all aspects of your work
• Contribute towards achieving company objectives that are of relevance to your work

Requirements

• Located in Germany with relevant visas / right to work
• 2+ years’ experience in ventilation duct installation supervision
• Experience managing a site team
• Fluent in German and English
• Proficient IT skills.
• Previous experience with Procore- not essential as training will be given.
