You guide decision-makers through the entire process — from initial discussions to long-term partnerships. You represent not standard products, but complex, structured strategies with a clear quantitative foundation. Together with Research, Capital Markets, and Management, you will develop our institutional sales strategy further — in content, strategically, and sustainably.## How You Make an Impact* You acquire institutional investors and build long-lasting relationships — including with family offices, foundations, asset managers, and pension funds.* You engage with decision-makers on equal terms, structure complex content clearly, and position quantitative investment solutions convincingly.* You present strategies in pitches and due diligence meetings, guide decision-making processes, and bring market feedback back into product development and strategy.* You will be present at roadshows, conferences, and industry events, continuously growing your network.## What Makes You Stand Out* **Experience in institutional sales of capital market products**, with a deep understanding of professional investors’ decision-making processes.
