We are looking for you to join our Sungrow team as our new
Insurance Working Student

What does an Insurance Working Student do, you might ask?

Well, this role is allowed to do the best part of our everyday work – to still the hunger for sustainable energy

In a little more detail, this is what you will do in your day to day job

• Assist in collecting, reviewing, and organizing claim documentation
• Maintain and update internal records and reporting systems for open and closed claims
• Communicate with insurance companies, brokers, and internal departments to follow up on claims progress
• Support the preparation of periodic reports on claim performance, analizing the claim trends

Your profile
Role
All right, all right, so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you, so let's see what background should you have in order to feel comfortable with this role:

• Background or strong interest in insurance, administration, or risk management
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, ability to archive and manage documentation in a clear, logical, and accessible format
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with reporting or data management tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving attitude
• Need to be careful, patient, and responsible to do daily operational work
• English and German at C1 level; Mandarin and Italian are considered a plus
