On behalf of our customers we are looking for a Insurancespecialist(m/f/d) at our Düsseldorf location as part of our direct personnelplacement service.

Your Tasks

• Advising and supporting customers on insurance products
• Preparation of offers and contracts
• Processing of claims and policy adjustments
• Analysis of customer needs and optimization of coverage
• Cooperation with insurers and internal departments
• Preparation of reports and documentation

Your Profile

• Completed training in insurance or comparable qualification
• First experience in insurance sector desirable
• Very good English skills, German knowledge an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office and insurance software
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Independent, structured and reliable working style
