Integration Consultant – Founda Health

As an Integration Consultant at Founda Health, you’ll lead the technical delivery of our healthcare data exchange solutions. You’ll manage end-to-end integration projects, acting as the bridge between customer needs and system capabilities. Your work ensures secure, seamless interoperability across healthcare systems and tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy integration solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems using standards such as HL7, FHIR, and DICOM and resolving technical integration challenges while meeting compliance requirements.
• Oversee technical implementation of projects, translating customer needs into detailed technical specifications and actionable project plans in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Act as a key technical point of contact, providing ongoing support, training, and updates to customers and maintaining clear communication.

A Day in the Life

You start your day with a scrumban meeting, reviewing progress on integrations. Mid‑morning, you join an alignment session to troubleshoot an HL7 message configuration issue. Afterwards you test a new deployment, ensuring alignment with the solution blueprint. In the afternoon you update project management tools, prepare status updates, lead a customer training session, and review tomorrow’s priorities.

What You’ll Bring

• 3–5 years of experience in technical implementation or integration, preferably in B2B SaaS or healthcare.
• Strong experience with system integrations, data standards (HL7, FHIR), and healthcare IT tools (e.g., EHR, PACS).
• Proficiency with Windows/Linux, Apache Tomcat, Postgres, scripting (Ansible), and automation tools.
• Familiarity with GDPR/HIPAA compliance and regulated environments.
• Fluency in English and German.
• Self‑driven, organized, and a strong communicator who thrives in remote, multicultural teams.
