Our “Blue Experts” team combines consulting, strategy, and creative communication solutions. Together, we drive cross‑industry transformations—for example, by introducing new AI‑powered HR solutions with SAP SuccessFactors. We are ideally looking for you to start as soon as possible on a full‑time basis (40 hours/week) at our locations in Berlin or Düsseldorf—alternatively, you can work remotely from anywhere in Germany!

Your tasks

• Design and implementation of integration architectures for SAP SuccessFactors
• Management of interface projects between SuccessFactors and third‑party systems
• Technical consulting for our customers on integration strategies and solutions
• Management and further development of project teams
• Support in the preparation of quotations and customer presentations
• Ensuring the quality and scalability of integration solutions

Your skills

• You have at least six years of professional experience in the SAP SuccessFactors environment
• You have successfully implemented at least three integration projects
• You have a deep understanding of the IT architecture of SuccessFactors
• You have relevant SuccessFactors certifications (preferably in the areas of Employee Central and Talent Management)
• You have experience in preparing quotations and customer pitches
• You can motivate and manage teams
• You have in-depth knowledge of technical consulting and design
• You speak German and English at C1 level
