Integration, Verification, and Validation (IVV) Test Manager
We are seeking an experienced IVV Test Manager (d/f/m) to lead testing efforts for complex systems, ensuring seamless integration, compliance with requirements, and high-quality delivery. The IVV Test Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and management of integration, verification, validation, system-level, system element-level, and automated testing activities in an Agile environment.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies for integration, verification, validation, system-level, system element‑level, and automated testing.
- Oversee integration testing to ensure seamless interaction between system components, subsystems, and third‑party services.
- Lead verification activities to confirm that the system and its elements are built correctly, adhering to design specifications and requirements.
- Direct validation efforts to ensure the system and its elements meet stakeholder needs and intended use.
- Define and manage test cases, scripts, and procedures for integration, system-level, system element‑level, verification, and validation testing.
- Design and implement automated test suites for GUI, web, system-level, and system element-level testing.
- Coordinate and monitor manual and automated test execution, tracking progress and defects in Jira and documenting in Confluence.
- Manage defect identification, logging, and resolution processes, prioritizing and tracking defects from manual and automated tests in Jira and documenting in Confluence.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Systems Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Senior Tester, IVV Test Manager, Test Lead, or similar role in systems or software development, preferably in aerospace, defense, or healthcare.
- Strong background in managing integration, verification, validation, system-level, system element-level, and test automation for complex systems.
- Expertise in system breakdown, requirements engineering, and testing.
- Experience leading technical teams and managing projects across multiple sites.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and SAFe.
- Excellent decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and a self‑motivated work ethic.
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing project demands.
- Strong communication skills for reporting and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work in a high‑pressure, fast‑paced environment.
- Familiarity with defense industry standards and practices.
