Intelligent Cockpit Integration Development Engineer

For our R&D Center in Raunheim, near Frankfurt, we are looking for a Intelligent Cockpit Integration Development Engineer

Position Responsibilities

• Participate in requirement reviews and design reviews for intelligent cockpit-related products (navigation, voice assistant, AACP, HMI, radio, etc.), providing optimization suggestions from a testing perspective.
• Develop test plans and test schemes for intelligent cockpit systems/modules, designing test cases across functional, integration, system, and specialized (voice/connectivity/environment/security) dimensions.
• Execute vehicle testing, bench testing, and automated testing, completing functional verification, performance testing, compatibility testing, reliability testing, and regression testing.
• Responsible for defect discovery, reproduction, localization, and tracking during testing processes, collaborating cross-departmentally with R&D, product teams, etc., to drive issue closure and produce high-quality test reports.
• Participate in cross-modules (navigation, voice assistant, AACP, HMI, radio, etc.) integration testing within the cockpit domain, leading vehicle road testing, scenario-based testing, and problem troubleshooting.
• Optimize testing processes, test case libraries, automation scripts/frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and coverage, supporting product mass production delivery.
• Follow automotive industry testing standards (e.g., ISO 26262, ASPICE) and technological trends, implementing them into testing work.
• Responsible for managing EU cockpit R&D and after-sales issues, completing validation of typical problems.
• Facilitate collaboration between European Research Institute and domestic counterparts for issue analysis, validation, and closed-loop resolution.
• Document process issues systematically, creating experience summaries and standardized documentation.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Vehicle Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Familiar with cockpit testing processes, with experience in automotive infotainment system testing.
• Possess English communication skills, able to adapt to overseas business trips.
• Understanding of CAN/LIN bus and diagnostic protocols is preferred.
