Interim FP&A Manager

Role

We are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join a high-performing finance team. This is a critical role, providing financial insight and strategic support to senior leadership and investors. You will own the planning, forecasting, and analysis processes, ensuring data-driven decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
Deliver insightful financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and operational performance.
Partner with senior stakeholders to drive commercial decision-making.
Develop and enhance financial models to support growth and investment decisions.
Prepare board and investor reporting packs with clear, actionable insights.
Support M&A activity and integration projects as required.

About You

Big 4 trained with a strong technical foundation (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
Proven experience in FP&A within a B2B SaaS or technology-driven business.
Exposure to Private Equity-backed environments highly desirable.
Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; experience with BI tools is a plus.
Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, hands‑on approach.
