Interim Manager Product Management (m/f/d) - 6 to 12 months

What you can expect from us

• Assumption of leadership responsibility in the product management team (8 employees)
• Analysis and optimization of existing processes and structures in product management
• Introduction and establishment of efficient methods (e.g., project management, roadmap planning, KPI control)
• Management of interfaces to development departments, sales, technology, and corporate communications
• Ensuring a clear distribution of roles and responsibilities within the team
• Coaching and development of team members, promoting cooperation and personal responsibility
• Moderation of decision‑making processes and internal coordination
• Support with strategic issues and prioritization of projects

What characterizes you

• Several years of experience in leadership or interim management roles in technical product management
• In‑depth knowledge of organizational development, process management, and change management
• High level of methodological expertise (project management, business case creation, etc.)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to strengthen and motivate teams following organizational restructuring
• Hands‑on mentality paired with strategic vision
