We are looking for an experienced Interim HR Specialist to support the company in a restructuring phase. The project starts mid‑January and lasts for 6 months with an option to extend.

Project Details

• Start: ASAP / Mid‑January
• Duration: 6 months + Option for extension
• Workload: Full time, predominantly on‑site in Herne
• Contract type: Freelance

Your Responsibilities

• Creating employment contracts and contract amendments
• Issuing employment and interim references
• Maintaining and managing personnel data
• Being point of contact for employees and managers
• Supporting entry and exit processes
• Preparing and accompanying personnel measures
• Working closely with the management and plant managers

Your Profile

• Several years of experience as Interim HR Specialist/Generalist
• Knowledge of personnel administration
• Proficient in Excel and Word
• Hands‑on mentality and willingness to work on site in Herne five days a week
