Intern Business Transformation at Allianz SE (m/f/d)

Aufgaben:

• You will be part of the Business Transformation team at Allianz SE. Become part of the Crew Lead team, responsible for end-to-end lifecycle management of Product Owners, Business Analysts, PMOs & Designers to support effective Business Process Management rollouts at scale.
• Assist with coordination and tracking of resource, capacity, and role allocations.
• Support Crew Leads in organizing and documenting people development, learning, and onboarding activities, creation of dashboard overviews.
• Help establishing lively communities of practice.
• Prepare materials, summaries, and follow-ups for workshops, ceremonies, and community sessions.
• Collect & structure learnings and improvement ideas from Tribe & Delivery leads.
• Get actively involved in adjacent activities that support rollout activities.

Qualifikation:

• Enrolled university student with excellent academic track record.
• First experience in working in an agile environment preferred.
• Structured thinking skills with high attention to detail, savvy with Excel.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in agile environments.
• Strong organizational skills and interest in people development and transformation topics.
• Openness to creative and innovative solutions, as well as a passion for working with forward-thinking technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal ChatGPT.
