Intern - Corporate Finance & Debt Advisory

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Corporate Finance & Debt Advisory intern.

Your Responsibilities

Corporate Finance & Debt Advisory

• Conduct comprehensive market research and monitor market trends to identify opportunities and risks
• Assist with the preparation of presentations, investment memorandums, reports, and other analyses to support new and existing investments
• Preparation of term sheets and indicative pricing updates
• Collaborate with team members during transactions for due diligence and approval processes
• Assist team members during origination, structuring and sales process by setting up models and marketing materials
• Contribute to structuring of new financial instruments
• Collaborate with team members and external lawyers regarding the drafting and assessment of legal framework for transactions and financial instruments

Product Development

• Support the product development team in enhancing our platform from a business perspective
• Provide feedback and test new functionalities and features
• Contribute your ideas and visions to maintain the highest standards for our platform

Your profile / What We Expect

• High interest in digital products; prior experience is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills and high proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
• Technical mindset - (ideally) an understanding and interest in DLT
• Independent working style
• Strong organizational skills
• Be enrolled in a business/finance or real estate degree study
