Your Role

Are you fascinated by the most important topics and current trends of the startup ecosystem? Relationship management, event management, flawless communication, and ensuring a smooth event flow make your heart beat faster? Then our open positions seem pretty perfect for you!

We are looking for ambitious interns in various areas:

Event Production & Partner Success Management (PSM)

• 6 months: Mid April - October

Product Management (focus: startups)

• 6 months: Mid April - October

Product Management (focus: investor relations)

• 6 months: Mid April - Mid October

Speaker Management

• 6 months: Mid April - Mid October


• 3 months: Mid July - Mid October

Your Tasks & Responsibilities

• Support in the planning, organization and implementation of Bits & Pretzels 2026


• Support in ensuring customer satisfaction across all our stakeholders


• Support in the further development of Bits & Pretzels

Your Profile

• Enrolled student and first experiences in the business world (working student, internships, etc.)


• Natural curiosity for entrepreneurship


• Organizational talent & independent working style


• Initiative & hands-on mentality


• Ability to work under pressure in stressful situations


• Confident use of digital tools and platforms


• Fluency in German and English


• Team player with a startup mindset

Started as a small breakfast, Bits & Pretzels developed to one of the world’s leading startup conferences, welcoming speakers like Barack & Michelle Obama, Richard Branson or Jessica Alba. Two days of conference are combined with our legendary (liquid) networking at Oktoberfest.
