Intern - Growth & Go-to-Market

About Lyceum Lyceum is building AI-native HPC infrastructure for the next generation of deep-tech companies. We’re an early-stage team moving fast, obsessed with customer value, and focused on building a category-defining product.

The Role You’ll work directly with our founding team as a sparring partner across strategy, operations, and growth. This is a hands-on, generalist role: you’ll build workflows from scratch, automate what’s repetitive, and drive execution across GTM projects that move the business forward. If you’re curious about startups, tech, and AI infrastructure-and want a front-row seat to building from zero-this is for you.

Your Focus Build Own mission-critical workflows end-to-end—from zero to customer-ready processes (e.g., lead handling, partner pipeline, reporting, outreach ops). Automate Level up existing workflows by building smart automations using tools (e.g., CRM updates, follow-ups, enrichment, dashboards). Grind Run day-to-day operations with extreme customer focus and a bias for fast, accurate execution - high output, clean execution, no dropped balls.

What You’ll Do Support the founders in their day-to-day work (planning, follow-ups, execution, coordination) Run research & analysis on markets, customers, competitors, partners, and funding programs Help design, document, and improve internal processes (ops, hiring, finance, reporting, knowledge management) Work closely with GTM and product teams: Build and iterate GTM workflows (inbound/outbound, partner motions, onboarding flows) Drive process improvements through automations Curate and create content (e.g., sales collateral, outreach snippets, playbooks) Conduct market research on emerging industries, trends, and competitors to inform growth strategy Take ownership of your own initiatives - from idea to execution and tracking (KPIs, learnings, next steps)

Your Profile You care deeply: high standards and pride in delivering excellent work Organized and on it: you run your projects, keep things moving, and execute reliably Curious and quick to learn: you ask sharp questions and ramp fast Low ego: you wear many hats - no task is beneath you AI-native: you’re fluent in prompting and use AI tools to move faster and think better Hands-on builder: you enjoy building, fixing, iterating - not just pointing out issues Clear communicator: strong English; German is a big plus

Your Background Completed at least one internship in a fast-paced environment (startup, consulting, banking, VC, or similar) Fluent in English and German Berlin-based or willing to relocate (fully on-site) Available for 3–6 months
