The basic requirement for an internship at Schaeffler is proof of enrollment at the time of the internship. This position can be filled from February 2026 for a period of up to 6 months.

Your Key Responsibilities

Support the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion team in the further development, communication and management of our DE&I strategy in close cooperation with the responsible stakeholders

Support us in the planning, implementation and coordination of a wide range of DE&I campaigns and projects – from conception to implementation

Assist in the research, coordination, and deployment of the community's resources, communications, and trainings that move organizations & individuals into action

Help us monitor the progress of campaigns in terms of time, cost and quality and take action in case of deviations

Create presentations, concepts and communication material to create awareness about DE&I within the organization, as well as support with research and benchmarking

Your Qualifications

Current studies in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Social Sciences or related field

Fluency in English language, written and spoken

Knowledge German language desirable

Initial experience in the HR environment or DE&I projects is an advantage, ideally in an international company

Passion for DE&I topics, ideally demonstrated through academic or volunteer experience

Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and multinational team

Talent for engaging and visual preparation of facts as well as the ability to familiarize oneself independently and quickly with new subject areas

High motivation and initiative, enthusiasm for DE&I and project work

Strong communication skills and a result-oriented way of working
