About The Role
As an intern working in
Partner Conformity
teams, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a trustworthy and fair marketplace for both our customers and brand partners. You'll be at the intersection of marketplace governance, brand protection, and data analysis, helping to maintain the integrity of our platform.

This is a unique opportunity to gain experience in key areas such as Brand Protection and Fair Pricing.

You will contribute to our brand protection efforts, helping to safeguard the intellectual property of our brand partners and build their trust in the Zalando platform.

You will also support the development and enforcement of our fair pricing policies, helping to ensure that millions of Zalando customers experience fair prices.

Additionally, you will also gain valuable exposure to the
Digital Services Act (DSA)
reporting process, building your knowledge of this important regulation and its impact on creating a safer digital space for all users.

* *WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE ARE NEEDED****

• Data Analysis & Reporting Be responsible for data collection, monitoring reports, and conducting evaluations related to pricing, partner conformity, and brand protection cases.
• Complaints Case Management Validate and document investigation cases through Zalando's systems.
• Coordination with an external vendor team managing communication, steering workflows, and ensuring alignment between internal processes and vendor deliverables
• Validating and documenting DSA (Digital Services Act) cases through Zalando systems; generating overview reports, participating in new trainings and developing new processes in this area to enhance expertise
• Team Collaboration Be an active and integrated part of the team, supported by a mentor. You will participate in regular meetings and collaborate with experts to solve challenging partner and pricing cases.

* *WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR****

• You hold a university degree in Business/Administrative studies or a related field.
• You have great analytical skills with a strong emphasis on attention to detail , a solution-oriented mindset, and a desire for accuracy.
• Proficiency in Google Suite / Microsoft Office Suite , especially Sheets / Excel for data analysis, is essential.
• It's a plus if you have worked with CRM, complaint case management tools.
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• You are a reliable, open-minded, and highly collaborative persona, always ready to support your colleagues with various tasks.
• You can efficiently organize and prioritize your workload to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• You demonstrate the highest level of integrity and can handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
• You are available for a 6-month limited contract , working 40 hours per week .
• You are available for a hybrid working model , with a presence at our offices in Berlin.
