Join the CEO Office at QuantumDiamonds (QD) and help shape how one of Europe's most exciting deep-tech scale-ups is seen by the world. As an intern in PR & Marketing, your mission is to craft and execute the communication and branding strategy that defines QD´s public image. You'll work directly with the CEO to translate complex technology into clear, compelling stories - and make sure they reach the right audience. This role is not about sitting on the sidelines - it's about creating campaigns, shaping our brand, and turning ideas into real impact across press, digital, and events.

Founded in 2022 as a spin-off of TU Munich, QD leverages quantum sensors to rapidly capture three-dimensional current maps within multi-layer chips. Our 30-strong team of physicists, engineers, and data scientists works side by side with major semiconductor manufacturers, helping them in chip debugging and accelerating their yield analysis. Backed by top-tier deep tech investors, semiconductor experts, and strategic public programs, we have ensured long-term stability, shifting from breakthrough to scale - and shaping the next chapter in chip testing.

What Will You Do

• Support the CEO Office in developing and executing QD's PR & Marketing strategy
• Conceptualize and develop QD's branding - from core messaging and visual identity to campaign ideas that strengthen our public image
• Build and manage content that positions QD as a leading European deep-tech scale-up
• Collaborate with external PR and marketing agencies to align messaging and increase public visibility
• Draft press releases, social media posts, and website updates to communicate milestones and announcements
• Support event communication and brand presence at key industry events (e.g. SEMICON, Chips Act initiatives)
• Ensure consistency in brand tone and visuals across all channels
• Track PR coverage and marketing KPIs, providing insights and ideas for improvement

What Is Expected Of You

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field
• You have first practical experience in PR and marketing - ideally in a fast-growing start-up - and have contributed to building communication or branding strategies from scratch
• You have achieved excellent academic results and consistently perform at the top of your class
• You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and thrive in dynamic, high-performance environments
• You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
• You are passionate about technology, storytelling, and shaping how deep-tech innovation is perceived by the public
• You are structured, reliable, and take ownership of your work - from concept to execution
• You are available to work on-site from our Munich office and bring a proactive, can-do attitude to the team
