Intern Sales / Business Development

Intern for Sales and Business Development (Internship) – 6‑month contract, with possibility of permanent position – located in Hamburg.

FREENOW by Lyft is a mobility platform that helps cities thrive by connecting people with a range of transportation services. The company’s mission is to digitalise the European taxi market.

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:

• Partner Management & Sales Execution: manage your own sales pipeline and expand our partner network through proactive outreach, handling fleet partner lifecycle from initial pitch to onboarding and support.
• Data‑Driven Market Insights: conduct deep‑dive analyses with Metabase or Tableau to understand market dynamics, identify operational gaps and provide actionable feedback for continuous product development of our B2B SaaS solution.
• Cross‑functional Execution: collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute business development projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and operational reality.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

• Currently enrolled in, or in the gap period between, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken).
• Initial work experience in Business Development, Sales, or Operations.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and a social personality who enjoys interacting with people.
• Experience with Tableau, Metabase, or Salesforce.
