Intern Venture Ecosystem & Fundraising (Europe) in München (m/w/d)

Your mission

• Building and maintaining relationships with top-tier VCs, CVCs, Angels and family offices across Europe and globally
• Developing investor intelligence (theses, stages, ticket sizes, focus areas) and maintaining our CRM/database
• Identifying high-potential startup outliers from our 800+ startups annually
• Supporting startups in fundraising preparation (investor targeting, materials, process structure, outreach) and facilitating high-quality investor introductions
• Ideating and validating new service offering to the investor community beyond deal flow (portfolio support, global market access, strategic intros)
• Support on preparing and executing investor- and startup-related formats

Your profile

• Currently holding valid student status allowing for an internship for 4 - 6 month in Germany
• Strong interest in venture capital, fundraising, and the startup journey
• Empathic communicator who enjoys building relationships and working with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong interest and practical experience in building AI-powered workflows to crawl, enrich and structure ecosystem data across sources (e.g., Airtable, Zapier/Make, CRM tools, and modern AI tooling)
• Structured, but most important: proactive — you like taking ownership and moving things forward
• Experience with VCs, accelerators, or startup roles is a strong plus
• Experience with Zapier, Airtable, n8n or other AI-workflow automation tools
• Fluent in English (German is a plus)
